Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing time of your order.  All orders are shipped with one or two days shipping via UPS. 

Any order with a delivery address outside of the tri state area or surrounding areas may require air ship to ensure two-day delivery with UPS.  Air ship is based on weight and is significantly more costly than ground shipping. 

Should an order be required to be delivered by a specific date kindly let us know via email so we can accommodate.  We always try our best to accommodate for any special requests. 

Please note, we try to avoid (unless specifically requested) shipping out at the end of the week to avoid additional shipping delays over the weekend.
