Q:   What is your return policy?
A:   Since our dough is perishable, we cannot offer returns or exchanges and therefore all sales are final and non-refundable.

Q:   When will I receive my order?
A:   Once the order is placed, it will be processed and shipped out within 1-2 business days. Shipping ranges from 1-2 business days depending on your  location. Please keep national holidays in mind when ordering for a specific date, as mail carriers are typically closed on such dates.

Q:   Can I track my order?
A:   Once the order is shipped out, you will receive a shipment confirmation which will have your tracking information.

Q:   How is your cookie dough safe to eat?
A:   It is made with no eggs and the flour is heat treated in the oven so that there is no bacteria.

Q:   Is your cookie dough dairy?
A:   All of our cookie dough is parve.

Q:   Do you have a kosher hashgacha?
A:   Yes, we are under the hashgacha (strict supervision) of the KCL and all of our products are yoshon. Click here to view a copy of our kosher certification.

Q:   Is this a healthy option of cookie dough?
A:   Our cookie dough is safe to eat to your hearts content, but it is definitely not a low-fat healthy option and is certainly an indulgence!

Q:   Is your cookie dough gluten free?
A:  None of our current flavors are gluten free, however, we do plan to come out with at least a few gluten free flavors in the coming months! Stay tuned! Click here to subscribe to get our updates!

Q:   Do you have any vegan options?
A:   All of our cookie dough is vegan!

Q:   Does the cookie dough have almond milk in it?
A:   No, we use soy milk in our cookie dough.

Q:   Does the cookie dough contain nuts?
A:   We do have some flavors that contain nuts (peanut butter, fluffernutter, maple pecan), however, the rest of the flavors do not contain any nuts. PLEASE BE AWARE our facility is not nut-free.

Q:   What is the shelf life of this cookie dough?
A:   Our cookie dough can be out in a room temperature area for a few days, so long as it does not get very warm. It will last up to six (6) months in the refrigerator and up to one (1) year in the freezer!

Q:   How do we serve it?
A:   If frozen, take it out a couple hours prior to when you want to serve it, or keep it in the fridge from the night before.

Q:   Can I bake the cookie dough?
A:   Our cookie dough is not meant to be baked. However, you can absolutely use them in desserts! Think, cookie dough ice cream, cookie dough brownies, cookie dough cheesecake, cookie dough pie or even stick the minis in the microwave for 30 seconds and you have yourself a personal molten chip pie!

Q:   Are there raw eggs in the cookie dough?
A:   Our cookie dough contains no eggs whatsoever!

Q:   What bracha is made on the cookie dough?
A:   Shehakol.
